Oakmont Kids Yoga Adventure Studio! is the ultimate destination for thrilling, mindfulness-packed yoga quests in Oakmont, PA. Our inviting 700+ sq ft reimagined garage studio features soft Sorbus foam-core flooring, in-floor heating, warm lighting, soothing scents, and themed sounds to spark every child’s imagination. We provide yoga mats and blocks for all classes, with a private restroom available during sessions.
We offer tailored programs for all ages, from playful preschool yoga to focused youth and teen yoga that builds strength, mindfulness, and confidence. Our signature offerings include 8-Week Yoga Adventures, 45-Minute Story Time Yoga, and engaging Workshops & Events.
Families enjoy parent and child yoga, calming after-school programs, and weekend yoga programs. We also specialize in sensory yoga to support emotional well-being and focus, plus seasonal summer yoga programs to keep kids active and refreshed.

The Magical World of Namastoria!
Welcome to Namastoria, a mystical studio world where the Quest Friend Adventure begins at Oakmont Kids Yoga Adventure Studio!. This enchanted land, nestled within a 700+ square foot reimagined garage studio is a place of wonder, warmth, and discovery. With soft, anti-fatigue, foam core flooring, our temperature-controlled studio offers fun and comfort. Namastoria invites Quest Friends (ages 5–14) to journey through its Chakra Realms, making friends, building resilience, and collecting Quest Pets. A private restroom is available for little explorers (no public restroom.)
Long ago, Namastoria was born from the harmony of the seven chakras, each guarded by mindfulness. The chakras filled the land with collectible Quest Pets, companions that embody the wisdom of the chakras. The adventure unfolds as Quest Friends learn poses, lead games, and reflect, guided by the studio’s cozy ambiance. The story grows with each realm, updated weekly in the Namastoria Bestiary, as new pets and chakra tales emerge.
